MecWash Systems serves the American engineering sector

MecWash Systems services numerous manufacturing and engineering companies around the globe from its flagship headquarters in the UK. In addition, MecWash has a range of national distributors and it also has dedicated company operations in two key markets, North America and China, each with its own distributor networks.

Bill oversees all activities related to sales, marketing, customer service, distributor relations, machine maintenance, and commissioning of MecWash machines in the United States and Canada.

We caught up with Bill to find out more about how MecWash serves the innovative manufacturing sector in the USA.

Aqua-Save Ultra NEW Waste water treatment unit

MecWash have launched a new waste water treatment system that reduces disposal costs by up to 95%.

The new high capacity Aqua-Save Ultra can process up to 30 litres an hour of waste water from manufacturing processes, complementing the smaller Aqua-Save Junior system, which processes up to 15 litres per hour.

The Aqua-Save range has been developed for the treatment and recycling of industrial waste water, including wash water from parts cleaning equipment, coolant and dye penetrant, reducing the need for expensive off-site treatment and disposal.

Built British £1.5m Upgrade Plan

Ultra Precision Products Ltd, manufacturer of high-end precision machined components, have enhanced their quality offering by investing in a MecWash Systems Duo 400, as part of a £1.5 million series of upgrades.

Technology Meets chemistry

When it comes to the cleaning of engineered components it’s often considered that the physical washing machine is the only important part of the process. Cleaning additives and detergents are merely a supporting element.
For MecWash, one of the leading innovators and manufacturers of aqueous parts cleaning systems, the approach has to be about three crucial elements: the technology, the chemistry and the product that is being cleaned.
